Today's Cook

Threw a couple fresh turkey breasts and a couple racks of baby backs on the Egg with some apple wood chunks. Rubbed the turkey with Kick'n Chicken. First time using it, but definitely won't be the last. Left the ribs in the foil a little too long, they fell off the bone while cutting. Didn't affect the taste though.

Looks like it all turned out pretty great! I like smoked turkey breasts. Try and do them once a month.
