Todays cook

I put on a 4 fatties and 5 atbs and some wings. Here is a pic of one of the fatties. I stuffed them with jalapenos and some boar's head horseradish cheddar cheese.

Stuffed ones are one of my favorites too!! These have some dry pepper salami added to the pepper and cheese.

The fatties look great. I wish I could put a few on, but the smoker is under snow this week. I guess I'm going to have to cook twice as much next time.

I have about 18" of snow to deal with today. No BBQ for me today except the brisket and ribs from the freezer I cooked a few weeks ago that I will warm up later this afternoon.:wink:
