I use large rectangular baking pans (cookie sheets?) to prep meat for my cooks. For ten years I've had these cheap, thin metal pans that warp with heating and cooling (sometimes it sounds like someone just shot atcha when your cookies are cooling on the counter) and now the edges are starting to rust pretty bad.

What's a good quality baking sheet that won't warp with temp changes, and won't rust on the drying rack?

I buy the aluminum 1/2 sheet pans from Sam's Club.Durable,no rust,easy to clean.The ones I bought come in a pack of 2.

If you have a Restaurant Depot nearby, you can get almost anything for cooking oh serving. If you know someone in the restaurant business, you can get a membership through them. Otherwise, if you have a KCBS membership, you can qualify for a membership.

Give it a try, they are a great source for most anything.

I echo going to a food service or restaurant supply store. They will have heavy duty ones that will last.

I use the same ones from Sam’s. There the easiest cleaning, most durable I’ve ever used. If I remember correctly they are dirt cheap.

I have the sheet pans that are bigger than a half sheet, they just barely fit in a standard residential oven.
It's best to measure, ovens vary in size. I have two that are larger than a half sheet, and they don't fit my oven.

I use some I get from Costco, but these look pretty good also.

I have bought some of their stainless hotel pans and I love them.

The Vollrath pans are a little thicker than some of the others.

We had a bunch of different cookie sheets that were in varying degrees of decay, so I finally got rid of them all and bought 4 of the aluminum ones from Sam’s and they are awesome. Cheap, easy to clean, and foil and parchment paper are all designed to fit that size pan.

I use 1/2 sheet and full sheet commercial sheet pans I picked up at a restaurant supply store. They were a great price and work great. I use the half sheets with racks for cooking chicken parts and pork butts.

The half sheet pans from Sams are very sturdy. You can buy similar from Amazon, but they cost a little more. I like the Nordic ware with lids. Just season up your meat, snap the lid on, and put them in the fridge.

1/4 sheet make really good service platters too. My Vollrath commercial from the restaurant supply stores were cheap and work great.

Vollrath is pretty common in commercial kitchens and there's a reason for it. They get used and abused but hold up well for the price.

Same, Sam's has some "commercial" quality stuff (I've never worked in a commercial kitchen but they seem heavy duty than what you usually find at most home stores). I really like their non stick pans because they're cheap yet have high quality construction. I find it's best for non stick to just buy cheap and dispose of them every year or two when their non stickiness starts wearing off. Even the expensive non stick cookware I've owned didn't really last much longer than the cheapies.

I have 2 Nordics and 2 from Sams. Love them all. I use them in the smoker quite frequently, and then put them in the dishwasher after the pups pre-clean them. They have held up well for me.

I use Texas Ware trays. The company went out of business years ago, but I still find them on eBay. They are strong, heat resistant melamine. They are a bit smaller than a half sheet to they are easier to fit in the fridge and dishwasher.

I have Vollrath half sheets as well that I use for larger cuts.
