Recipe is from Hatch Green Chile website. I added to the recipe garlic pepper, 6 crushed ritz crackers and a tablespoon each Worchestishire and A-1

Temp uneven. 157 to 178. That's Ok. They'll eat. Going to cook to at least 165 on the stragglers
