I know it's propane, but it'll get me started until I get my double-keg offset and UDS built. If nothing else, it will be a good donor for UDS parts. :icon_cool

I just loaned one of those out.......you don't have to use propane....you can still use charcoal.

Is it the "7 in 1" you have listed in your .sig? Looks like quite a bit come with them from looking at them in Cabelas.

Just did a fresh ham roast indirect over cherry wood chips on my Weber gas grill. Can't wait for a real smoker!!!
