• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Well.....i learned my lesson on the fatty thing, smoked a Ballard's sausage today along with a couple of pork roasts.......the fatty was tasty but, just not as pretty as a Jimmy Dean, everything was good, just not as pretty as normal......would the weather have anything to do with that?

Good question jp. I wish I had a good answer. I too have wondered. I have had occasion where it seemed that high humidity affected to out-come of a long cook.
