The weekend is here...what's cookin'?

Got some nice lookin' T-bones for tonight. I'm thawing out an 8 lb butt to do on Sunday...if it's thawed out in time. Have a great weekend brethren!

I am thinking I might have to do a repeat of the ribs I did last week. I dont know what I did but they were the best I have ever done.

I'm cookin beef tender loin steaks,cut to 1 in. thick, marinated over night. We're also going to cook ABT's. Maybe some baked potatoes.

Tonight, nothing....but tomorrow gonna have several of my officers over for pulled pork, chuckies, a couple of fatties, beans and smoked chicken halves. If there's anything left over, my wife will take it to work and share with her co-workers. Ohhh, Ilove my weekends. Did I mention cold beer?

Got 2 slabs of ribs and a Brisket. Wanted to start them today but under the weather. Supposed to pour all weekend. Looks like I gotta boil them!!
Not! Maybe fire up the Spicewine! Back to work tonight so gotta see tomorrow.

Warming up half chicken I smoked a while back with baked taters and last of garden green beans for tonight. Extra potatoes for hash browns with BBB in the morning. Laid out pork loin for tomorrow with ABT's and hot wings. Picking up a butt and loin to start some more bacon tomorrow. FUN FUN FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
