Just put on a 7# flat. the ribs are going on at 1:00 along with the chicken and the 2# log of homemade sausage. Tried a new marinade for the brisket, ribs and chicken. Hope it works out. I was suppose to have help from my comp team members, however they seemed to come up with more importants things to do on a HOT sunday in Kansas City.
