and the fatties are waiting thier place. Who else is got the rigs going already. Up at 5:30, chimney lit and in the smoker. temps approaching 200 in the SW. Five fatties awaiting their fate. Merry Christmas!!!!

Have not lite up the chimney yet but there is chicken quarters being brined, pork butt, brisket, and three fatties. First time in a very long year I have smoked. Yes I'm serious.

Not today on the smoker...but I will hit it a few more times over the next week off. Ham today inside. I have been out back bass fishing already this am while waiting for everyone to get up.
