Ok Im pretty sure this is not close to cowgirl gumbo- but it is gumbo.
Smoked chicken from two days ago, grilled and sliced Hatch Green Chile sausage doubled the okra- and everyone in the pot.

Thanks cowgirl for the inspiration. Yesterday chicken sausage gumbo, today's leftovers may drop a few shrimp in the pot.
