Babbling Farker
I found a SRF ribeye in the freezer!! Decided to make a steak and cheese potatoes for lunch!
I was already smoking some pork butt for dinner so I decided to use the griddle on the Shirley. I love that griddle.
After a few minutes, I threw on some white potatoes I had sliced up earlier.
To fully utilize the Shirley, I decided to finish the steaks on my sear rack in the firebox!
Here is s picture of it when my smoker was brand new.
After the steak finished its sear, the potatoes were getting close so it was time to add the cheese.
And done
It was delicious!
On a side note, the griddle on the Shirley is awesome. It is removeable so you can have burners when you are not using it.
