somebody shut me the fark up.
Hopefully Greg (Parrothead) and I will get together this Saturday for a face-to-face and some local 'que.
Sunday I do a small catering job (planning on 30) for the church. Planning on oven roasted pork loin (Brethren method!), mashed taters/gravy, some veggie, rolls, salad, etc.
Wednesday the 18th doing evening soup & salad for 30-40.
Sunday the 29th doing chicken breast supreme (kinda like cordon bleu) for 30-40.
Then on March 5 I'm doing a wedding rehearsal dinner - chicken breast supreme, salad, etc.
So, it's gonna be busy!! Just wish I was able to 'que some of this
Unfortunately the only job that "pays" is the wedding rehearsal - of course I get use of the kitchen and whatever supplies I have in there so that helps me keep my costs down
