Well I was just gonna cook up a bird today but plan's change !
When you got the room and the heat is flowing ya might as well toss more meat on .
I've been eying the kilobassa sausage at Costco the last few trip's and finally couldn't resist . In this case I am glad I picked it up. It's spendy but oh my is it some gosh darn good sausage.
And with Rib's being on sale for 2.20 a pound a picked up a few slabs to toss in the freezer and one to toss in the Assassin with the the chicken and sausage today.
While the Rib's were cooking I played with a tater salad recipe and prepped up some beans .
I know my Pictures are not the best , but I will say everything turned out farntastic. I am always my biggest critic when it comes to my Q cooking but today it was spot on. The more I cook on the Assassin the more I love it. Everything was cooked around 275 to 300 ish with a mix of cherry and maple wood .
