Been lurking here for a long time, but now I need to speak up and give credit where credit is due.
Hosted a Q for about 70 people last night. Whipped up 6 briskets, 60 chicken thighs, 2 hams, 200 ounces of potato salad and about 300 ounces of BBQ beans. I thought I'd probably cooked too much, but I passed the ultimate test...no leftovers!!! They ate it all and were lookin' for more!
Everything I did: the recipes, the cooking techniques, the serving, etc., all came from something put up here by the Brethren. My cooking passed the test because of you guys! Thanks to all the Brethren for a great event!
