Thanks to all who chimed in and gave suggestions about doing a turkey. I still need to work on injecting for more even coverage, but all in all, it came out pretty dang good!

The brine really kept the bird moist and gave it a bit more flavor. Like I said above, I need to practice injecting. I think I went too deep and did not continue to inject on the way out. The outer meat was moist and had a nice smoke flavor to it, but no flavor from the injection sauce.
