Hello everyone, I'm redaub. I just wanted to say, thanks for being so "darn" cool. It's nice to find company (and resources) in this obsession. I cook with the Smokin' Gnome himself (Sal), and I'm farking glad to be here. (Sorry, read a few threads before posting.) You were highly recommended by several members at our 1st comp last month and I can see why.
