Thankful for the Traeger, Spatchcocked the turkey

Tom went golfing with the relatives and left me in charge of the turkey and grill. But I had really good instructions and a well prepared spatchcocked bird.





Tom still golfing; made cranberry green apple pecan stuffing, Yam casserole, mashed potato, glazed carrots, all on Traeger, added cranberry salad, and rice salad, Than I took the bird off and Tom got home to cut her up.


It was a fun filled family night

I stick burn at home, but the turkey I did at work last week on a Traeger was pretty much the best I've ever had. Pellet grills excel at poultry for sure,
