• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Or at least that’s what was on the pack of meat. After spending every min of that 25 min drive home thinking about what method to cook this beautiful piece of pork, I finally decided to cook as if I were doing thick pork loin chops (hot and fast – indirect). They cooked for the first hour at 300 and then I bumped it up to 375 for about another hour and turned once and gave it a couple of spritz’s during the turn. I would definitely recommend trying one of these if you ever run across one, I love the loin meat and rib meat at the same time and of course my favorite the FAT.

Yeah I know, I get bad scores for appearance with that 3rd from the left turned wrong. Hope I don't do that this weekend.

Looks tasty! What'd you spritz with? Got a recipe for the buns? Those are looking great, too.....

I found that spray stuff at a large sporting goods store in the dept where they have the jerky making stuff http://www.cajunbrands.com/proddetail.asp?prod=CajunBlast-BastingBBQHOT16&cat=70. I got a bottle of the spicy BBQ and the Garlic / Butter. That bread is real purdy like that because it's been sprayed with "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter". Did I tell you I like spraying stuff? Those are store bought tater rolls.

Looks great! I have something like that in the freezer. Think I know what I'm making July 4th!
