Just around the corner, and there are still some spaces left.....April 29-30rd in Mulberry, TN at the Barn, Mike Davis with Lotta Bull BBQ will be teaching a Tell "ALL" , No Holds Barred Class, starting at 5 PM on Friday, April 29th and wrapping up around 8:30-9:00 PM that night. The class will start back up back bright and early at 6:00 am, Saturday, April 30th and will conclude by 2:00 PM.
Mike and Debbie are 4-Time American Royal World Series of Barbecue Grand Champion and a 6-Time World Champion who is going to tell you everything he does from start to finish at a KCBS sanctioned event.
You are encouraged to help with the meat and box presentation, and for Saturday you can eat all the BBQ on Saturday that is cooked during the night and on Saturday. You won't be disappointed, I promise that Mike and Debbie have only received praises for the class and the best part is it's only $300 which includes spouse.
Bring pen and paper to take notes and you are free to take pictures but no videos.
An added bonus is you get to see up close and personal how a Champion Smoker works and how it is built to make it do it's magic.
