Anyone remember KFC Chicken Littles from the 90's? They rocked! Anyway, thought I'd make an homage. With a twist. I offer my Ragin' Cajun Chicken Sliders. The originals were addictive as hell, I'd buy 'em by the bag, and the commercial was hysterical. Anyway, here goes.

Only been to KFC a hand full of times as an adult, but love the look of those sandwiches. Were the patties breaded before cooking and what were the cooked on/in?

As I've never made minis before, these cooked even faster than the flat top burgers. These are 2oz patties that I pressed, dipped, breaded and deep fried.
