Started out with two bakers on the Egg @425*

Two T-Bone Steaks seasoned with Mc Cormick Montreal Steak on the left and
Southern Flavor BBQ Rub on right

On the CI Grid for 3-min. a side @600*

Next the Romaine with Italian salad dressing and graded cheese

On the grill for 4-min. without turning

It turned out to be a wonderful Sunday dinner

Very nice! At first I thought the t-bones were a little on the thin side until you said they seared for only three minutes a side. :becky: Beautiful.
