Sweet & Spicy Chunky Pickles w/Olive Oil in recipe

The MIL heard of a recipe for chunky sweet and spicy pickles with olive oil in the recipe and can't remember where she saw it and I can't find it either.
Anyone know of such a recipe?

Never heard of them made with olive oil.
