somebody shut me the fark up.
Everyone got together again and this time we decided fresh fish. Of course grabbing a few things from the market I saw a nice and thick porterhouse that I couldn't get past.
I sous vided first
Then gave it a sear in my Blackstone pizza oven
Does a great job every time
The appetizer went real fast :becky:
Then the fish. Bought red snapper, branzino, striped bass...
Quick dust in flour
Fried it on the gasser in these pans. Works perfect for controlling the oil splatter
Crispy on the outside and flaky on the inside
A quick Thai style chili sauce dressing :nod:
Fine china of course for easy clean up
Good stuff to say the least if you like whole fish. Hopefully everyone had a great Sunday and thanks for looking!
