• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Started out with a butterball we found in the freezer.
The main ingredients, decided on a jerk turkey

Into a 12 hour bath with the jerk spice and a little bit of salt

Time to come out of the drum

Plated up with some potatoes Nellie whipped up (no she still hasn’t noticed the WSM)

Nice jerk flavor without being overpowering.
Thanks for looking

Turkey looks delicious and so do Nellie's taters, Marty! Great job! :thumb:

Yes, please!

I've only ever used Walkerswood Jerk seasoning before (thanks to some of you fine folks). Any chance you've tried Grace Jerk seasoning in a jar before, too? (I grabbed a jar at the local international grocery this week).

Grace works in this house. The grocery stores are hit and miss near the house as to what they have.
