Well since we were away for a couple of days some pork was put in a "Adobo & Peri-Peri" marinade on Wednesday.
Out of the marinade in the AM and put into the 18" for a smoke bath
Out of the smoker and time for a rest
All pulled up
While the pork was resting we put on a T-bone that we picked up on the way back (not roadkill)
Off the 18"
And sliced
The T-bone was dinner but had to try the pork, good flavor but no real heat
