• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Threw on a packer and a couple butts last night just to scratch the itch. Also wanted to try out the new competition charcoal from kingsford. The Charcoal seemed to do everything they said it would, burn hot and low ash, and seemed to last longer only time will tell on that.

Looks great. What temp do you look for on your brisket before you pull it off.

Its really depends on the feel of the meat, around 190-195 check it and if the prob slides in like butter, shes done.
