• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Did a mix of 1.5lb ground venison and 1lb Italian sausage meatloaf on the weber kettle sunday afternoon. Jalapeno and onion mixture, kbb and a hickory chunk took about ur and a half at 350. This hit the spot after a few cold beverages.

Looks great :thumb:. What did you use for a binder? That looks very firm sitting on the grate. I can't get mine to hold together like that on the grate.

Wife does the mixing I think she uses a whole pack of saltines and 2-3 eggs and a half pkg of onion soup mix. I was surprised it held together so well myself.

I never tire of seeing smoked meatloaf threads. Beautiful smoked goodness right there.

My wife makes the meatloaf at my house too. All I do is cook it. She uses eggs and oatmeal for a binder. The first one she made for me was a tad loose on the grate. The next one she made I put in the freezer for an hour to tighten up. It was the exact same recipe and it cooked up and sliced up perfectly.
