• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

JD, if you keep this up, I m gonna have to quit my job just to try out the chit you post! Great work!

Bobby made this rum sauce yesterday and poured it over grilled pineapple and pound cake. It really sounds good. Thought I'd pass the recipe along. It would be easy enough to make.

Bobby Flay's Rum Sauce

2 tablespoons unsalted butter
3/4 cup dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons dark rum
1/2 cup heavy cream

Melt the butter in a small saucepan over high heat, add the brown sugar and rum and cook, whisking until the sugar has melted and the mixture is smooth. Whisk in the heavy cream and cook until heated through and slightly thickened. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, keep warm.

Hey Neighbor...the wings were very good...great spice with a moderate amount of heat. I highly recommend the rub. You can get it at Sutters. The ABT"s were a big hit...it was a first for my neighbors and they were diggin' em'. The grilled pineapple stole the show..they were killer. I drizzled a little honey on them right off the grill...man...they were sweet, juicy, and gooey! Bring on the EGG!!!:-P

Thanks for the recipe River...sounds good. The original recipe I used for the pineapple called for dredging the slices in coconut milk then a coating of sugar and cinnamon. I deleted the milk and added the honey. They were awesome!
