Started out by picking up an eye round and giving a good soaking



And we pulled a turkey breast out of the freezer for a brine session



Beef is done to slice tomorrow after getting nice and cold



And the turkey



I will be heading to Sprouts in the morning to see if they have any more of the managers special $0.99 brine
