I really enjoy this website. I have learned a lot about equipment, techniques, and do's and don'ts about smoking. I will be competing with some friends of mine next year but in the mean time I am 2/3's of the way to a master certified KCBS judge. Going to the Pleasant Hill, MO. event this Saturday.

Here was how I spent some of Sunday afternoon. Smoked Chicken Carbonara.

Thanks for the compliments. This is my first time posting. Where do I go to learn how to insert captions for the photos? Wanted to mention that I use a Hasty-Bake (love it) and I have 4 other Webers in various sizes.

I am glad Spring has Sprung!!

Great looking birds! For how many people did you make 6 chickens?

We have a church dinner group where usually eight people rotate main course, sides, appetizers, etc. So, I was only cooking for eight. We went through three + birds and the rest are for me and my wife. If we are going to do the work, make the leftovers worthwhile.
