• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Good lookin' brisket leanza...good bark, nice smoke ring, juices flowing nicely...I didn't see your last one...but I'd take this one any day!

Well, since you did'nt see..... Here ipictures of the King, my wonder brisket. I gave the "point" to my brother who's a meat cutter by trade (know's his meat). So.. I'm waiting all week to hear how he liked it, but I'm not calling him. So, today he calls, comments and says he's never had anything comparable. Unsolicited. Meet the King:

Leanza, I love the stump used as a prop for the temperature. 'cause if you ever run out of wood, just throw in the stump. :)
