• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Noticed recently that the Costco business center here in town had frozen small dressed suckling pigs. If memory serves, they were all around 20-30lbs. I have a larger event coming up for a bunch of people that I just need to "feed" (my worst stuff blows people away with what they can normally get in Vegas...) and thought this might me a good addition.

I have a Jambo backyard that I have made some small mods to and can keep it running at 250 all day now. Most of the articles are cooking on pig pits or a more direct fire (than side burner anyway) and say around 3.5-4 hours for a 40lber? That means only 2-3 hours on this thing?? Is that right??
