Stuffed peppers.

You guys and gals can keep your ABT's ,little Pain in the arses to stuff and wrap.They are TASTEE but not worth the trouble,to me.I have seen a recipe for ABT dip that gives the same flavor profile without the hassel.I stuffed some poblanos and an Anaheim with Red Beans and Rice,then covered in different cheeses.They were TASTEE .2 poblanos,1 with cheddar,1 mozzarella,Anaheim topped with provolone.If. I am gonna stuff a pepper,it got to hold some stuffing.
