So my buddy just bought a Bubba Grill trailer unit. My question is, does anyone use a Stoker or Guru on a unit this large? If so, how does it attach?

Frank

You can use a Stoker or Guru on a big rig, if you are cooking with charcoal. They aren't really recommended for wood fires. (smouldering wood fire = creosote on your meat)

I use a Stoker on my Klose trailer. Rock's Barbeque built a custom adapter for me based on pictures and measurements I sent them. You probably want the 25 cfm fan for a large smoker.

Go to Youtube and search for "popdaddy stoker" for some great videos of Donnie Pitmaster "T" putting the Stoker and the Meat Mamma 3000 to the test.

Rock just finished building my stoker. I'm just waiting for him to ship it.

3 years with a stoker on a Kingfisher w/25 cfm fan.
Wood, charcoal, lump coal ... its all good.

Dont have many graphs here at work but one from last year ...

Is a Bubba Grill a Bubba Keg? If so, it's about the same size as a Large Green Egg, and a Stoker's 5cfm fan is more than enough to get one of those up to and holding 350º plus.

I just got my Stoker in the mail, and hoping to take it on a test run tonight.
