I've been gettin real restless waiting for a friend to cut & bend sheet metal for my clone. So as I said breifly under my post "Ribeye" I hooked the Stoker up to my UDS to cook the ribeye. I'll never use the UDS without it again. Set the Stoker to 350° & it stayed right there within a few degrees. Wifey was so impressed I've been commissioned to build a "(GL)DS", something worthy of staying on the patio. The original is pretty ugly as it was the only drum I could get. So now the search is on for a couple of GLD's , might as well build 2, I'll just tell her it's cheaper that way.
