STL ribs and Beef Shorties on the Open Range

Fired up the OR again for some shorties and since I had more room so I added a rack of STL ribs. Used black ops and money, respectively.

Loaded about 2 chimneys of unlit cowboy lump with 3 chunks of hickory, then dumped a lit chimney on one side. Took a page from bro dano to use chunks instead of splits :thumb: OR ran steady for about 5-6hrs at 275





I took a bite of the smallest shorty and it was pretty good. I think the ribs are over because I left then in foil too long since I was in a meeting :mmph: The wife will probably like them, though :grin:
