If you ever have some leftover brisket and want to do something different with it use it in stir fry. I made some tonight and it was some pretty awesome stuff.

xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.
Ya know............Leftover brisket is awesome in any dish. Reheat for sammies, and my all time favorite brisket chili. Done several batches and last couple years, I take brisket chunk it up and add a hot Jimmy Deans sausage to it. My fishcamp buddies freak out over brisket chili.
My son slices it and takes it to work. He tells me dad these guys are begging for your smoked brisket.
