Great stuff! I have a few of his cookbooks and I use them all the time.

His books got me interested in BBQ. I love his international contributions. Opened up a whole new BBQ approach to the carne cuts we rely on.

Yes, a very strong early influence with me. Still use a somewhat modified approach to his indirect babyback cooks on a kettle.

I'm still waiting for his show when he cooks things on a shovel. I seem to recall that was a thread a while back.
