If anybody is interested, we will be supplying the food for Doc's Harley Davidson's Open House Saturday, 10/13. Starting at 11:00am, the first 1,000 people get complimentary pulled pork and sides. When it's gone, so are we. Last year they had 1600 attendess.

It's only 250 pounds cooked! I'll go a little heavy, with 7 cases of butts for about 490# raw which will net me about 285# - 300#. We are also taking a small hog for display, as this is advertised as a hog roast.
