Well hello everyone I've have recently been introduced to Mrs Dash for cooking and its the bomb I use it in everything, It's my herb de provance have to use it because my wife retains water and we're trying to cut back on salt use, and the Mrs Dash table blend is a perfect replacement!!!! We use the Lemonpepper Mrs Dash for steamed and roasted veggies awsome!!!!!!!!!!! thought I'd share this tid bit of info. for you guys and gals.:!:

My wife uses it for a 123 quick dinner that me and the kids love.Take a pound of chop meat season with mrs dash, ganulated garlic and onion, Brown the meat then make rice and mix all together with tomato sauce. It takes 5 minutes to make the kids call it "mommy slop" i believe the one ingredient that makes this simple dish so good is the mrs dash
