In another thread I asked if anyone had used these guys and got all positive responses, so I ordered some product. Everything came quickly and now comes the fun part: trying it all out. I did open one jar and gave it the finger taste test. Delicious. This was the Powdered Beer Popcorn Seasoning. Made a batch of popcorn with melted butter and this new seasoning for an appetizer and it all disappeared quickly. We all liked it. Even Sparky the Dog. So if this item is any indication I will be very satisfied with all of the other stuff. Powdered Worcestershire, Powdered honey, Beer Extract Powder even some Hickory Smoke Powder. How the He!! do they do that? Well, at least it's not Liquid Smoke!

Well, they DO have the Beer Extract Powder! I got some of that to try in some beef rub. And pork rub. And chicken, too. Oh yeah, can't forget Lamb!
Probably great on some Pizza, too!

I bought their honey powder and was not thrilled with the taste of it. IMO it tasted like honey flavored flour...I am still experimenting with the worchester powder but every other product I have bought from them has been good. I'm gonna have to try that popcorn next time I order.
