Yesterday, I smoked a small flat rubbed with Special Ops rub. I forgot to take pix, but I think everyone knows what brisket looks like I used Mesquite, and it turned out awesome. Today, I used some of it to make ABTs. My wife and I both LOVE ABTs, so I make them regularly-especially since they are Keto-friendly. Anyway, I mixed up cream cheese, a "Fiesta blend" of shredded cheese, threw in some Simply Marvelous Peppered Cow rub, and filled my jalapeno "boats" then added a piece of brisket, then wrapped in bacon. I usually don't use brisket, but I was out of my other normal ingredient, so this sounded good. They are now on my Traeger bathing in Mesquite smoke.
