Special birthday cook

Treated myself to a special birthday cook today and ordered a Prime Picanha from Wild Fork Foods and cooked it up on the Weber and made a homemade Chimichurri sauce to go over it. Cooked at whatever temp the Weber was running for 6 minutes on one side then flipped and did 6 minutes on the other. Turned out fantastic. The wife did the Caulimash and heated up some beans.
