Came home at lunch and hit some local grocery St. Louis ribs with BPS Money. Loaded the MAK w/ LJ 100% hickory, set 245F and left. Came back a little after 5pm to find:

Thought I might post to you good people, so I broke out my best Okie China. Loaded the ribs on the plate with some other goodies. Cracked a beer and had supper:

I think ribs are better when spritzed and wrapped in BP, but hey on a weeknight these ain't that bad...

Looks fine to me, a cooling rack over a pan with water can add a little moisture so the bark doesn't get hard set
 
I love it! Some days I don’t even have time to eat lunch much less go home to start cooking dinner. That’s awesome!!
