Southwest turkey burger

There have been a lot of burger threads going on around here. I went with one of my favorites with ground turkey for a little bit of a healthier spin

the players


mixed it all up and added a couple of black beans and dusted with some HDD maybe a bit too much


had a beer too


after the flip


added some pepper jack and chilies


ready to come off


added lettuce tomato and chipolte mayo


lid on

pretty farkin good, maybe a bit to much HDD the daughter said with sweat on her brow
