G'day Bruces'

Man, I've been busy this week... I hope y'alll are not sick of me...

I've still got a BACON post to come...

But I digresssssss.... This is a FAMILY post and we all had fun through the "Something Stuffed" Thowdown.

My Retired Parents arrived unexpectedly on Sunday. We had a massive amount of leftovers from the Chuck Roast I posted on Saturday, so I said to Wifey.... lets just reheat that and get some Tomatoes so I can stuff them...... heheheh.... and as i had about 10lb of BacoN smoking on the COS, I could whack those in the firebox for an entry into the "Something Stuffed" THROWDOWN... yEEEE haw!

FIRST... The Tomatoes and The Stuffing....

The suffing was this rice packet that I got from my USA Foods store. I bought a few of these and they are really good... Thanks to Bo (Dessert Dweller) who advised me that this kind of stuff is worth a try...

After the rice was ready, I chopped some mushrooms and cooked those in to the mix... where my Daughter is holding this up for your consideration...

After that, once I announced it was another Throwdown... it became a family affair....

Frances and Mum prepping the Tomatoes...

And finally, on the plate with some oven baked scalloped potatoes and the left over Chuck Roast from the previous evening...
