• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

hey guys, Here' a simple dinner, Pulled the blackstone out, Been a little while since I cooked on it! Made mushroom swiss burgers with asparagus.

Starting from the top two I rubbed with Carne Crosta (mine), 2nd two beef and pork comp (missus), the bottom two seasoned with oak ridge santa maria.

We buy stacks of paper plates. No shame here!! Great for simple meals like this!

I enjoyed the Carne crosta on the burgers! It's becoming a favorite, I was on the fence about it being coffee based, but was curious enough to try it. After a few good ribeye steaks It surprised me!

Real nice home style burgers. Nothing beat burgers from the Blackstone.

We eat 98% of our meals on Costco paper plates.
