Go to Staples and buy $100 Lowes gift cards for $90. Staples is having a sale.

There are also online places where you can purchase gift cards at a reduced rate. Also they have a place on the site where you tell them you are moving and they will give you a 10% off coupon.

Call Home Depot's online 800#. Tell them you have a Lowes 10% coupon. They'll take 10% off and ship what ever you want to your local store (no shipping cost) and you can pick it up there.
