So my smoking consisted of

This is to replace my MES that I for for Christmas. The hubby let me upgrade for my b-day. Happy B-day to me a day early. SO i will be getting the other one ready to sell.

Even though there wasn't anything being smoked to day I did grill some nice bacon cheese burgers with some home made fries.

I almost bought one of those before I got my WSM. Those are excellent electric smokers and I may still buy one down the road sometime. I have eaten a lot of good Q made in one so I know they do work well... good luck with it!
