I've been on for about a month and realized that I've not checked in. But in the last month the forum has been great and then this weekend a group got together at Chris Rocks home in Garden Grove, CA and had an informal competition.

Getting to meet a bunch of you guys and taste what you do, was really GREAT. Thanks for feeding us and sharing what you did. Between this weekends 'fest and the help you've given on our yellowtail, briskets, etc I think this will be a good place to enhace what we do. I hope that I can add as much as I take out. Thanks again.
